On a regional level, commercial property values in the City Core are the lowest regionally, providing immediate opportunity for the smallest budgets. At the same time, various grade A new build sites on the periphery of the City are available at a competitive rate whilst coming with the advantage of superior regional access.

Gloucester’s housing market also stands out, for its relative affordability providing lucrative returns on investment. The City’s recent success has seen property prices boom- increasing by 21% between September 2015-2019. In the last year, property prices increased by 5%. This growth is projected to continue, demonstrating Gloucester’s position as an up-and-coming location is not misguided.
